We have our own software for 3D data processing in all its phases: calibration of optical equipment, data acquisition and processing in order to extract the desired results.

In the process, we may develop simple systems or indeed others which demand a variety and/or a quantity of optical equipment; lasers, cameras, lenses, high intensity LEDs…

Accurate comparison with a CAD model

We have a broad range of software tools at our disposal. Noteworthy among which is one that enables recording and comparison with a CAD model, because of its versatility and because it enables a very accurate diagnosis of defects.

Analysis of shapes in 3D and colour

We have our own technology, which allows the real colour of the elements inspected to be incorporated into the 3D data, thus obtaining additional information to enable broader studies.

2D technology
Pattern recognition

Locating and identifying specific elements in the image based on sample models.

Extraction and analysis of characteristics

Automatic detection of points of interest in the image, extraction of numeric descriptors and comparison of the descriptors of different images in order to evaluate similarities and differences.

Textures analysis

Evaluation of different properties of the image associated with texture in order to be able to describe this characteristic numerically and be able to classify it or find areas which display it in a similar form.

Text recognition, QR and barcodes

Automatic collection and interpretation of information present in the image in different formats.
